My tandoori chicken made its entrance as the first dish cooked for a dinner party. Changed up the recipe a bit by using Honey Greek Yogurt, bigger chunks of mint, and a leaner skinless boneless chicken breast. The purpose of all this was to brainstorm an art event that commingles visual and culinary arts, with paired music either inspired by the art or food. Or if the inspiration for the art/food comes from the music, thats fine too. There’s no set procedure. We’re improvising too. Again, this is still developmental. Attempted, and succeeded.</p> <p>This low carb, easy to make dish was pretty tasty. What I appreciated more than anything else was just how lean the chicken was after removing the skin. I easily removed 3 pounds of fat in addition to the skin. Felt just like a plastic surgeon operating on a liposuction patient. Dragging the serrated knife over the muscle to remove the fat globules and rip the slippery skin away from the meat. These were the disgusting additives that I usually would ingest.
